Research and Development: ‘60 Harvests Left’
A collaboration between Bassline Circus Creative Producers-Amy Tavner and Natalia Colville, and Full Tilt’s Artistic Director Rowan Fae.
We are in the process of dreaming, scheming and applying for funding to:
Create a new small scale piece of outdoor theatre and song.
Explore the scientific prediction that we only have 60 harvests left in a new eco-therapeutic performance.
Research the feasibility of sustainable touring to areas of low engagement in the arts in the Gloucester/Forest of Dean
Design a programme of community engagement.
Devise a physical-theatre performance with puppetry, dance and song for all ages. Taking an innovative approach through eco-thearaputic somatic embodiment practices and positioning the work as pleasure activism our aim is to enable reflection around sustainable food production, soil health and modern farming practices.
Connect audiences to the land through taste, sound, touch, earth, and song, exploring innovative sense based approaches to making new work.
